At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Danbury held on June 12, 2003, the following decisions were made:

 
#03-11 –GRANTED WITH STIPULATIONS to Michael Bernstein, portion of 25 Newtown Road (#K13199), Certificate of Approval of Location for Motor Vehicle Used Car Dealer’s license as required by Secs.14-51 through 14-57 of Chapter 246 o C.G.S., 1958 Rev. as amended (CG-20 Zone).
 

 
#03-51 – GRANTED to New Street Motors, 29½ New St. (#I14055), Request for Certificate of Approval of Location for Motor Vehicle Used Car Dealer’s license, as previously approved, as required by Sec. 14-51 through 14-57 of Chapter 246 of the CT General Statutes, 1958 Rev. as amended. (RH-3 Zone)

#03-52 – DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Paul A. Hiro as Agent, 21 Hillandale Rd. (#F08094), Sec. 4.A.3., reduce side yard on north from 25 ft. to 14 ft., on south from 25 ft. to 10 ft. and front yard from 40 ft. to 30 ft. for proposed new dwelling. (RA-40 Zone)

#03-53 – DENIED to Flavio A. Villa d/b/a Villa’s Auto Repair LLC, 10 Keeler St. (#I14375), Request for Certificate of Approval of Location for Motor Vehicle General Repairer’s license as required by Sec. 14-51 through 14-57 of Chapter 246 of the CT General Statutes, 1958 Rev. as amended (C-CBD Zone).
 

 
#03-5 – GRANTED PER PLAN SUBMITTED to Paul A. Fagan, LS, as Agent, 29 Springside Ave. (#K12011), Sec. 4.A.3., reduce minimum lot area from 20,000 sq.ft. to 11,870 sq.ft. and minimum square side 100 ft. to rectangle 100 ft. X 74.9 ft. for residential building lot (RA-20 Zone).

#03-55 – GRANTED PER PLAN SUBMITTED to Paul A. Fagan, LS, as Agent, 34 Olive St. (#K12009), Sec. 4.A.3., reduce minimum lot area from 20,000 sq.ft. to 9,999 sq.ft. and minimum square side 100 ft. to rectangle 94.9 ft. X 49.9 ft. for residential building lot (RA-20 Zone).  

#03-56 - GRANTED PER PLAN SUBMITTED to Taranjit S. Randhawa, 124 W. King St. (#B06026), Sec. 4.A.3., reduce side yard from 40 ft. to 25 ft. for proposed addition (RA-80 Zone).


#03-42 – DENIED to Ray Jamer, 45 Middle River Rd. (#E12054), Sec. 3.G.3.a., b. & c., for detached garage: increase maximum building height from 15 ft. to 24 ft. and increase total ground floor area from 50% to 93.6 % of total ground floor area of principal building (RA-40 Zone).

#03-48 – GRANTED PER PLAN SUBMITTED to Zach Leone, 5 Flintridge Dr. (#J04046), Sec. 3.G.3.a., locate detached accessory (shed) use in front yard (RA-20 Zone).
