Absent were Richard P. Jowdy and Donald Kennedy.

=========================================

Chairman Knapp explained that they are going to open the public hearing and then continue it until the December 11, 2007 meeting. They have to open it tonight to comply with the Statutory requirement that a public hearing be opened within sixty-five days of receipt of the petition, but do not have the Planning Commission recommendation so they would have to continue it. Since the new Commission takes over at the next meeting, any new members would then have to listen to the tapes in order to be eligible to vote on this. He said Mr. Elpern discussed this with the applicant and he agreed to wait and make his presentation at the December meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING:

7:30 PM – Petition of Pebble Mortgage LLC, 5 Mountainview Rd. (#M10028) for Change of Zone from RA-20 to CG-20.

Chairman Knapp read the legal notice into the record. Mr. Melillo made a motion to not hear any other testimony this evening and continue this until the December 11, 2007 meeting. Ms. Hoffstaetter seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously. Mr. DiCaprio arrived at this time.

=========================================

Chairman Knapp thanked everyone for their time and wished them all luck as he has been elected to the Common Council.

With no further business to discuss, Mr. DiCaprio made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Melillo seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously.
