Sec. 19-64 (F)

(f) The mayor shall appoint and the common council shall confirm two (2) or more parking violation hearing officers, other than policemen or persons who issue parking tickets or work in the police department, to conduct the hearings authorized by this section. All such officers shall serve for a term of two (2) years.
